Technical Plans and Monitoring the Wetlands Restoration

The City of Seattle hired the Berger Partnership to develop a master plan to adaptively reuse Navy facilities at Naval Station Sand Point and to ecologically restore as much land to natural conditions and passive recreation.  Once the wetlands restoration was completed, the Seattle Parks and Recreation department hired technical consultants to monitor the restoration efforts which are included in the attached reports.
